Technical Support Representative
Description
Clearfly Support Representatives provides
technical and installation support within a call center
environment utilizing state-of-the-art technology to business
customers located through-out the US. They work within the
operations department assisting in the engineering and
provisioning of Internet and telephony services. Assistance is
also provided to the provisioning department for order
processing and basic product technical support. Full-time 40
hour work week.
Job Duties
Technical support, equipment provisioning, and customer service.
Skills Required
Must have the ability to effectively communicate on the
telephone. Organization and punctuality. Basic networking
skills including familiarity with switching and routing
protocols, basic LAN/WAN design, telnet, and IPv4. Prior call
center and/or telecom experience a plus.
Compensation
$13-$18 per hour depending on experience. Benefit package including health care available after probationary period.
